Farming on a Survival Variety Show [Interstellar]

A car accident transmigrated Jiang He to the interstellar age, where she became an unregistered resident on a garbage planet.

It was bad enough that she had too little to eat and not enough warm clothes. Her home was in a landfill, and she had to evade inspections by the urban management officers at any moment, blending in with the trash to stay hidden.

To obtain citizenship, Jiang He signed up for a survival variety show launched by the StarNet platform, one with an eighty percent fatality rate:

While others explored, she sharpened her knives. While others hunted, she chopped down trees...

The viewers in her livestream left scornful comments: Is she here to survive or to have fun? What good does being pretty do? She'll definitely be the first to die!

But a heavy rain that night disrupted the other contestants' plans. They scrambled to find shelter and ended up soaked to the skin.

Meanwhile, Jiang He was already cozily settled in the shelter she'd built, with soft leaves laid out inside.

The viewers stared in disbelief: When did she build that shelter? And where did all that food come from?

After the survival show ended, a reporter interviewed Jiang He, the most popular contestant and the survival MVP.

She merely shrugged.
