Yin Zichu, son of the head of Tianyi Peak, spends his days thinking about snacks and storybooks. Hard work and cultivation? Not a chance. Isn't slacking off great?
While everyone else is in class, he sleeps. While everyone else cultivates, he reads storybooks. While everyone else fights monsters, he munches on sunflower seeds.
Life is just that simple.
One day, on his way down the mountain to buy supplies, Yin Zichu took a whim and brought home a pretty child to be his junior apprentice.
The little junior apprentice did well for himself. Yin Zichu's father took him in as a personal disciple, and he was even set to inherit the position of sect leader. Yin Zichu was delighted. He wouldn't have to work hard for the rest of his life.
He never expected that, once his junior apprentice grew up, he would start forcing him to cultivate!
Yin Zichu: What a way to repay my kindness!
And so began his journey of throwing tantrums and doing everything he could to dodge his junior apprentice and avoid work (not really).
[Short scene]
Fu Qiyue: "Senior brother, it's time to cultivate."
Yin Zichu: "I refuse."
Fu Qiyue: "You can't refuse." (Drags him away.)
Yin Zichu: (Cries.)
Devoted, beautiful junior apprentice gong x falsely lazy, cold-hearted, awkward senior brother shou
The shou is powerful. He's already endured all the hardships he needed to, so there's no point in cultivating anymore.
