Please add my upcoming novel, My Fiance Is a Dragon-Blooded Protagonist, to your reading list!
Synopsis:
Reborn and Doted On: Sweet Romance is a sweet, reborn romance set in the wealthy elite and entertainment industries.
The original heroine, Li Shenjiao, is a universally adored darling. Everyone around her is madly in love with her, infatuated to the point of madness and utterly unreasonable.
Li Licheng transmigrates into this novel as the cannon-fodder foil to Li Shenjiao.
According to the original plot, after her biological parents find her and bring her home, she will start clashing with the heroine and scheming against her.
Naturally, she ends up driven out of the house under pressure from the heroine's friends and family. And that's not all. After she leaves, the heroine's suitors continue to bully her without restraint, until she dies in the freezing isolation room of a shelter.
Li Licheng realizes that this is the grim future awaiting her. Worried sick, she has nightmares all night. When she wakes, she discovers that she has grown two pairs of mechanical tentacles.
Could this mean she's destined for the supernatural?
Then Li Licheng discovers that her tentacles have no other special functions, but they are absolutely first-rate at dispelling the protagonist's aura.
And so the protagonist's entourage starts acting like this:
One moment, Male Lead No. 1 is defending the heroine: "Jiaojiao only borrowed something from you. How dare you treat her like this? Don't you think you're going too far?"
Li Licheng gives him a swat with one tentacle. The next moment, Male Lead No. 1 comes to his senses and blinks. "Wait, Jiaojiao! You took someone else's things without asking and didn't give them back... and you have the nerve to call her stingy? Is something wrong with your brain?"
Male Leads No. 2, 3, and 4: ...
The heroine: ...?
Everyone notices that the atmosphere in the young elite's circle has been a little strange lately.
Those entitled young heirs who used to look down on everyone have suddenly taken a liking to being beaten. Whenever people pass the Li family home, they often see them lined up, begging the newly found daughter of the Li family to give them a few whacks.
*
An overdramatic heroine who gets the wrong genre, mistakes a sweet romance about the wealthy elite and entertainment industry for a modern horror story, and drags the plot off in a bizarre direction, versus an entertainment industry's top-tier star: A crazy male lead who looks handsome but has bizarre taste, and somehow turns a sweet romance among the wealthy into a suspense story.
New novel coming soon: My Fiance Is a Dragon-Blooded Protagonist
What do you do when you end up engaged to a Dragon-Blooded Protagonist through an arranged marriage?
Thinking of those wildly popular broken-engagement novels and the family-destroying consequences in the original story, Yun Ying steels herself against the urge to call off the engagement.
It's fine. The Dragon-Blooded Protagonist is bound to have a swarm of admirers around him soon. Then she can ask to break up, with a solid and perfectly reasonable excuse.
But she waits and waits, and not a single admirer appears. Yun Ying grows frantic.
So she has no choice but to visit temples everywhere, burning incense and praying to the Matchmaker for her fiance to find romance.

One day, a group of second-generation heirs in the capital meet up. On the way, they encounter a minor mishap: a girl trips and accidentally falls toward them.
Lian Yi is so startled that he jumps three feet into the air, dashes eight meters away like a rabbit, and watches the girl hit the ground without so much as a hint of chivalry.
His friends are baffled. One asks in exasperation, "Is she really that scary? She's just a girl, and a pretty one at that. It's not like she'll eat you."
Still shaken, Lian Yi pats his chest in relief. "You don't understand. I have a fiancee who hopes I cheat on her every day. If I do anything even slightly improper, she'll dump me immediately."
So to him, maintaining his virtue and staying faithful are more important than the sky falling.
Theme: Make flexible use of every skill.
? Is it so outrageous? Didn't the previous bloody novels require the male protagonist to be clean? What qualifications does such a dirty man have to be the male protagonist?
Snow rushes! Kill those privileged people
Don't be aggrieved, I want to see the heroine show off her power
