*A lighthearted, sweet romance
Lin Nan is a little-known idol with barely any fans. Young as he is, he can't sing or dance, and after three years in the industry, his agency advises him to leave. On the day he gets laid off, his manager comes to him with a proposal: he wants to set him up with someone.
Rumor has it that Zhang Shu, the Zhang family's handsome young heir, is abroad and has just landed. The old master of the Zhang family wants to find a suitable daughter-in-law for him, so he secretly holds auditions for a dating show.
Lin Nan plans to go on the show, blend into the background, have some fun, and earn a little retirement money. But the Variety Show Gods keep favoring him, and by the time filming wraps, his relationship with the young master Zhang has somehow turned icy.
Nan has no connections, and people keep giving him a hard time for stealing the spotlight.
