Wei Zhiwei was the most vicious, most expendable supporting villain in the story.
Her sole purpose was to frame the heroine, advance the romance between the male and female leads, and then die horribly, hated by everyone.
Wei Zhiwei knew this, but still chose to love the male lead, Cui Huai, like a gloomy little rat.
But Cui Huai loved her older sister.
Everyone Cui Huai cared about should just die, die, die, die.
So jealous, so heartbroken, so resentful, Wei Zhiwei cursed them all with her poison-laced lips.
One day, she unexpectedly realized that Cui Huai's younger brother,
Cui Que, the taciturn man atop the snowy peak, seemed to like her older sister too.
He always watched everything her sister did with a sticky, sinister gaze.
When he saw the male and female leads get together, his jealousy practically spilled out of his eyes.
Wei Zhiwei's wicked little brain got to work, and she recruited Cui Que as an ally.
Under the pretense of helping him create opportunities with the heroine, she used Cui Que to sabotage the relationship between the male and female leads.
After failing ninety-nine times, Wei Zhiwei decided to give Cui Que and the heroine a strong dose of medicine.
She would trick Cui Que into drinking an aphrodisiac.
The first time she tricked him, Cui Que looked completely normal after drinking it. The medicine seemed to have no effect.
The second time, Wei Zhiwei switched to a stronger drug and increased the dose, but Cui Que still looked completely normal.
That awful Cui Que had built up a resistance!
The third time, Wei Zhiwei mixed together every aphrodisiac she could find and gave him an enormous dose.
Cui Que began to breathe faster. His eyes, usually as still as a deep pool, slowly reddened as he held himself back.
It worked at last!
Wei Zhiwei was so excited she stamped her feet.
But wait, why had Cui Que, in his addled state, left her sister behind and dragged her into the bed curtains?
Cui Que had always thought he hid his jealousy well.
But that little rat still found him out.
He had only pretended to become her ally, waiting for the day the little rat would be hated by everyone.
Who could have guessed that one day his horribly twisted jealousy would turn on her?
The first time he drank the drug, Cui Que fought its effects and spent all night drawing Wei Zhiwei's face while suppressing his pleasure.
The second time, the drug's effects were even stronger. He panted at the sound of running water, wickedly fondling Wei Zhiwei's undergarments.
The third time he drank it, he thought, he wanted to make sure Wei Zhiwei could never think up another bad idea again.
At first, Wei Zhiwei couldn't understand Cui Que. What was there to like about that sort of thing?
It left her with no time to carry out all her wicked schemes.
Later, when she saw that the male and female leads had two children in three years, she stretched her sore limbs, hesitated, then decided to rest for three more days before going to break them up.
P.S.:
1. Naturally wicked airhead villainess VS aloof perfectionist male supporting character
2. She never repents, wicked to the end; the man is strong, the woman is weak
3. One-on-one romance, both sexually and emotionally inexperienced. The perspective is misleading; the male lead has never liked anyone else.
