In modern society, androids have been granted citizenship. Robots are everywhere, and they look indistinguishable from humans.
Shu Li's parents were busy with work, so he was raised by his big brother, Jusi. He always knew his brother was different from the rest of the family: he was a robot. Apart from the fact that his age and appearance never changed, Jusi really seemed no different from an ordinary person. He helped Shu Li solve all kinds of problems, including matters of the heart.
After 25 years on the job, Jusi was ordered back to the factory for an inspection. Shu Li thought his brother would only be gone for a few days, but Jusi never came back because he had failed the quality inspection.
At university, Shu Li is pursued by plenty of people because of his good looks. He finds it exhausting, but one considerate boy, Jiang Wu, is especially like Jusi!

Jusi already had a will of his own when Shu Li's father brought him home from the junkyard.
After returning to the factory, he had intended to keep his distance from humans, but memories of Shu Li that pierced his mind made him hesitate over his decision.
He goes to school alongside Shu Li, who soon falls in love with him.
How could Shu Li be so quick to "move on" and forget his brother? As Jusi gets jealous, he thinks to himself: Why bother with a blanket when he could just cover Shu Li himself? (?)
