The Supporting Male Lead Doesn't Stick to His Character

The timid girl glanced at the Loyal Dog Character System standing beside her and read in a flat voice: "Besides me, you have another System bound to you. It has assigned you the role of the loyal-dog second male lead: without fail, you bring the heroine breakfast every morning, tutor her at noon, and escort her home every evening..."

In short:

When she falls in love, you have to watch over her in silence!

When her boyfriend gets engaged to the second female lead under pressure from his family, you have to beat up the male lead at the engagement banquet to show how furious you are that he betrayed the heroine!

In the end, you bring the couple together, step gracefully out of the picture, and become the heroine's ever-obliging sworn older brother! Her safe haven after she fights with the male lead, and her personal counselor!

Song Yuan spread her hands. "I... can't get up in the morning, rank last in exams, live at school, and became friends with the male lead."

The Loyal Dog Character System beside her: ???? What the heck??
