Chuuya, You Have to Snatch Your Own Scenes!

On a dark and stormy night, the System bound itself to him.

When a mechanical voice sounded inside his head, Chuuya thought he'd drunk himself stupid.

System: "Dear, because you haven't appeared often enough, the audience has been complaining. I've been specially assigned to help you."

Chuuya: "??? What the hell?"

System: "Different worldlines intersect, each with all kinds of protagonist auras. As long as you try hard enough, you'll eventually manage to snag a moment in the spotlight. Remember, our motto is: You have to seize your own scenes!"

Then Chuuya looked at the long list of tasks the System issued and felt his mind go blank.

Help the Armed Detective Agency catch criminals, protect a little kid as soft as a rabbit, teach a pink-haired guy martial arts, compete with an elementary schooler in solving a case...

Chuuya: "What if I don't do them?"

System: "You'll be punished if you fail your tasks, dear."

Chuuya looked at the punishments:

Hug Dazai, cook for Dazai, go into the water with Dazai...

Chuuya completely lost it.

"Why are all the punishments connected to that bastard Dazai?!"
