Even This Terrible Character Setup Can Lead to a Love Triangle

So he created three characters with flawed traits. The eldest is a Saniwa, a refined gentleman from a wuxia setting who can't use martial arts. He's kind and gentle, but has the traits [Gullible], [Cowardly], and [Mediocre Ability]. When the swords clash, all he can do is play peacemaker, and the thousand-year-old blades lead him around by the nose. The second is a brooding man with a short temper and extreme myopia. He's rude, uneducated, and wants to slash everything he sees. [Bipolar], [Insane], [Paranoid], and [Low Vision], he embodies every flaw imaginable. The higher-ups in Jujutsu society dump him at Tokyo Jujutsu High to give Gojo Satoru's students a hard time. The third is a college classmate of Okiya Subaru's. He's brilliant and handsome, an outstanding student adored by every teacher. But in private, he's a [Control Freak] with [OCD] and a bad case of top-rank obsession, and he's also [Jealous]. Both the FBI and Public Security find him suspicious. After creating these three characters, Jiang Jiu reflected that he might be a bit of a pervert. His life simulator seemed to have turned into a patient simulator. Who knew that such trash character designs would land him in a battlefield of romantic rivals! The eldest isn't just [Cowardly]. He can't refuse when people get too physically affectionate, and he tries to treat all the swords equally when they compete for his attention. The tsukumogami who don't get special treatment can only suffer in silence. He's also [Gullible], always believing Tsurumaru Kuninaga's sincere promise that "this is the last prank," and constantly running around because of the thousand-year-old blades' mischievous whims. Tsurumaru, conflicted: I never thought my heart of steel would feel a twinge of guilt... Heshikiri Hasebe: I will become the blade my master trusts most! The second has [Low Vision] from being born with a Heavenly Restriction. To him, objects in the distance are just blurry patches of color. Every movement is dangerous, and every dark shape looks like a cursed spirit. His companions reach an understanding: We must never approach him from behind. He needs to see us from the front to know we aren't pointing our weapons at him. When he has killed a cursed spirit but hasn't yet come down from his frenzy, the best solution is a hug from one of his classmates. Held in place by the gentle, familiar gesture, he can finally realize the danger has passed and that no person or cursed spirit is going to hurt him now. The third suffers from top-rank obsession. Under their mentor, Okiya Subaru always outshines him. The [Control Freak] can't stand anything around him being beyond his control. After careful observation, he has abundant evidence that these research papers weren't written by Subaru himself! Subaru should be the one accused of academic fraud, but his suspicious behavior instead gets him watched by the FBI and Public Security. Catboy Shu: Is tailing someone this thoroughly really a thing?! The Strongest Salaryman: He pretends he isn't watching me, but I know he's putting on an act! [Aside] *I'm stubbornly putting Touken Ranbu, already a niche fandom, first in the story. If it gets popular, maybe there'll be new fanworks to read? *The later part of this story will probably cover Touken Ranbu's Great Invasion storyline (I'll try to be the first on Jinjiang to write about the Great Invasion), but there will be original elements. *I'll do my best to make the story easy to follow even for readers who haven't played the game! After the first few chapters, it will move into the Jujutsu Kaisen section! *Jiang Jiu won't transmigrate. This is just a game. *[IMPORTANT] This isn't episodic, it's a crossover. A crossover! A crossover! A crossover! All three settings exist in the same world and will be mixed together, so the story can't be divided into separate settings. The worlds start interacting from Chapter 36. *About the pairings: I want to pair off several of the men who appear in the synopsis (though I might not manage it). But Jinjiang won't let me do several pairings at once, so characters will break up. (That's the true meaning of a battlefield of romantic rivals!) "It's just a game," so Jiang Jiu himself has no CP. Other people's opinions don't matter! It is sad, though, that his genius younger brothers call him an idiot brother and strip him of his big-brother dignity (which never existed in the first place). But never mind. As an eldest brother who can live off his parents without a shred of guilt and plans to live off his younger brothers later, of course he should graciously forgive them! * In the world of ninjas, sorrow and despair run through everything. Love and hatred are entwined without end, while fate and reincarnation go on forever. Only the bonds between brothers shine eternally beyond death, offering a salvation within reach. It's just that the younger brothers are all too rebellious, breaking their big brother's heart time and again.
