Luo Yu was sleeping in a college lecture when he was suddenly called on. The professor angrily raised a hand to smack him. Terrified, Luo Yu squeezed his eyes shut. When he opened them again, he was in an antique-looking room.
His pupils dilated in shock. A stampede of a thousand imaginary horses thundered through his mind, but his face gave nothing away. He got up to look around, then saw the name on a cultivation manual and was struck dumb with shock all over again. He nearly fainted.
This was the novel he'd written himself, in its original, unedited form!!!
He'd wanted to create a charming, lovable villain, so he'd given the villain his own name. He'd even added some of his own strange physical traits, like crying uncontrollably. That's right, he was a self-shipper...
But he'd written the novel in high school when he had nothing better to do. Since he was single in real life, there were no pairings or anything. He wrote a little over ten thousand words of general plot, then hastily ended the story.
Luo Yu was now covered from head to toe in regret. He really wanted to transmigrate back and hold a knife to his past self's neck, forcing him to polish the prose and finish the story. But it was no use. Now he could only be a clueless outsider in this damn cultivation world.
He felt bitter, but gradually realized something was off. His senior brothers, the eldest and the second, looked at him strangely. He put it down to his temperament not quite matching the original Luo Yu's.
After all, the original was a villain, while he was a civilized young man from the twenty-first century!!!
He kept thinking that until the coming-of-age ceremony one day. His master casually gave him a piece of candy. After eating it, he slept for an entire day, and when he woke up, he couldn't remember anything. Just then, Hua Lin walked over and asked what their relationship was. Lifting Luo Yu's chin and caressing his face, Hua Lin said with indulgent, suggestive affection, "Have you forgotten me, darling?"
Luo Yu: "When did I get married?!!"
A goofy, proud, theatrically gifted disciple-bottom, warm on the outside and cold within x a seemingly cold master-top who's a cunning old fox at heart
Warnings: This is my first time writing, so please bear with the writing. Luo Yu was originally supposed to lose his memory so completely he couldn't even speak, but because he has strong feelings about this, he kept his memories of knowledge and language by sheer force of will. (You don't want to see Hua Lin teaching him to talk, right? That would make Luo Yu seem too weak, hahaha.) Luo Yu is a little coldhearted and doesn't care much about anything, and can let things go easily. The romance only begins after Luo Yu loses his memories, but it moves along fairly quickly, so you won't have to wait long for it. Since the setting doesn't involve any immortal-demon conflicts, the plot will be a little subdued.
Theme: If you can't find what you like, write it yourself
