Balian Cloud Guardian Gin Wants to Quit Again Today

[Some chapters don't feature the protagonist. Please check the pinned comment before purchasing.]

Gin, a young "cleaner" just starting his career and hoping to make a name for himself in the "cleaning" industry, has barely finished his first independent project when his career takes a disastrous turn.

A loud, straight-haired man with shark teeth drops from the sky, bringing a baby who can use illusions, a blond prince with a bizarre laugh, and a very suspicious-looking mother hen. Together, they set colorful flames ablaze and swiftly wipe out the organization that raised him.

Gin: "..."

That leaves him with two options: go swimming in the River Sanzu with his former coworkers, or join the people he can't beat and save the career that ended almost as soon as it began.

Eighteen years later, 32-year-old Gin wants to tell his younger self: When looking for a job, never consider only the salary and benefits. A good working environment is the key to a happy mind and body!

For eighteen years, despite being a sniper, he's constantly been forced into close combat.

Despite joining a secret unit, their missions make as much noise as a demolition site.

He only wanted to be a simple working man, but got caught up in the Boss's family drama and has to put up with middle schoolers parachuting into the family business's board of directors.

The Varia Cloud Guardian desperately wishes he could return to that rainy night and, when the Ninth-generation Boss offered him an olive branch, take his hand and sincerely say: "Thanks, but I've already accepted an offer from the multinational organization next door."

The Varia Cloud Guardian is once again wishing he could quit today.
