Saiki Kusuo is a psychic.
Since childhood, Saiki's wish has been for his psychic powers to disappear so he can live a peaceful, ordinary life.
At some point, Saiki starts having a series of recurring dreams. In them, he is an ordinary person who has different best friends in different worlds. Saiki is happy. Things may not go his way in reality, but at least his wishes can come true in his dreams.
But after his friends grow up, they start dying one after another, each meeting a particularly gruesome end. Some die together in a gunfight with a mafia boss, some are exposed as undercover agents in a black-clad organization and take their own lives, and two others are blown up by eight bombs and lie flat together.
This is just ridiculous. :)
Even more ridiculous, Saiki discovers that his childhood friends who have yet to die seem to have appeared in his world.
Expressionless, Saiki tucks the child he just rescued under his arm and teleports to a shootout, kicking over the Mimic boss. Then he flies through the air to a Ferris wheel, throws up a protective shield, and crushes eight bombs with his bare hands. He's busier than ever.

As he helps them, he slowly realizes that maybe he doesn't hate his psychic powers quite so much.
But! You people! Could you please stop making him worry so much?!
The main fandoms are Detective Conan and Bungo Stray Dogs, with other manga characters making cameo appearances. The blurb may sound a little heavy, but with Saiki around, it's a cheerful slice-of-life story!
On the surface, Saiki dotes on them, but at heart this is a sweet, mutually doting romance. Saiki is the bottom, the pairing is undecided, and his relationships with the Bungo Stray Dogs cast are purely platonic.
