Based on the premise of the TV drama My Time-Space Roommate
One world is reality, the other is an anime world
Atobe Keigo had rarely encountered anything so bizarre in his life. At first, he wondered if one of the fangirls at school had climbed through his window into his room. Then he saw that the part of his room that should have been a wall had opened up, connecting it to another room with a completely different style.
He decided he needed to take a moment to calm down.
When Gu Zhen opened her apartment door to come out and get something to eat, she found that the view from her home had suddenly opened up. At the far end of her living room was a luxurious room. Through the floor-to-ceiling window on the other side, she could clearly see a huge rose garden. It was a lovely view, but she lived on the fifteenth floor.
She decided she must still be dreaming.
Atobe: Who are you, and why are you here? (Japanese)
Gu Zhen: ...Could you speak human? (Chinese)
Atobe: ?
The setup is that Atobe can understand Chinese, but the female lead can't understand Japanese. As time goes by, she'll gradually pick up some of it through exposure. The female lead is older than Atobe, who is in his third year of middle school at the start. If you're okay with an older woman and younger man, come on in. If not, don't read.
Atobe: What an unglamorous woman.
Gu Zhen: Kid, I can understand you. You shouldn't talk to your elders like that.
Atobe: There are no elders named Gu Zhen on the Atobe family tree.
Gu Zhen: There will be someday.
I adore older-woman-younger-man romances, sweet stories, and watching one person keep the other in line.
They're all things I love. If you don't like them, feel free not to read.
Updates are irregular. I'll finish the stories I left unfinished first.
Theme: I want to read a story about keeping someone in line
It's been a long time since I updated. I'm really looking forward to Atobe when he grows up.
