The NPC Cat Has Something to Say [Infinite]

An accident sends foodie Gu Meng into an endless game, where she becomes a hindrance NPC.

Hindrance NPC job guidelines:

Keep players from obtaining items. Keep players from finding useful information. Make their game runs take longer.

The fewer items and useful clues the players get, and the longer they take to clear the game, the higher the hindrance NPC's pay.

Gu Meng arrives penniless and clenches her fist. For the sake of good food, she can do this!

But why is she a tiny kitten in every instance?

Gu Meng finds an item before the players and is huffing and puffing as she tries to hide it when someone scoops her up and buries his face in her fur.

"Mengmeng, you're amazing! You found an important item for me."

Gu Meng: ...

She painstakingly prepares a pile of false information and is about to put it out when someone distracts her with delicious food, making her miss the deadline.

Gu Meng: How infuriating! Then she lets out a burp.

The items and information have all been found. There's no way for her to delay their completion of the game.

The angry little kitten cries, and someone comforts her by treating her to several more days of lavish meals.

When the final pay is tallied, she turns out to have earned the most!

The cat tilts her head. Huh? What's going on? Did someone put her on welfare?

Fu Chengzhou, the number-one player on the endless game's leaderboard, is famous for clearing games quickly, ruthlessly, and precisely.

Then one day, he suddenly starts finishing every game last, leaving countless people dumbfounded.

Fu Chengzhou must be losing his touch. Fu Chengzhou is seriously injured. Speculation runs wild.

Someone tries to take advantage of his weakness and replace him, only to get beaten so badly they're unrecognizable.

Then they see Fu Chengzhou in the game, holding a beauty and grinning smugly, and finally understand.

Damn, Fu Chengzhou hasn't lost his touch. He's in love!
