I Really Don't Want to Inherit a Luxury Villa

One day, she suddenly received a phone call. A wealthy aunt she was distantly related to had left her a luxurious mansion before she died. She was the sole heir. Could she really be this lucky? She packed her things and headed to the countryside that very day. Sure enough, it was a luxurious mansion, like a castle. It just looked a little creepy. Being poor is scarier than ghosts. So what if the mansion is haunted? Once she moves in, it'll be a place for the living! On her first day, blood-red water dripped from the toilet. On her second day, a woman sobbed inside the walls in the middle of the night. On her third day, a deathly pale face pressed right up against hers. The house was haunted! She was afraid she'd die young. She fled in the middle of the night, running all the way back to her shabby rental. Finally catching her breath, she opened the bathroom door. She froze. The haunted mansion had followed her! She resigned herself to going back inside and ran straight into the residents' list of unfinished business. The creatures here were very polite, eagerly offering her their inheritances. They were practically the kindest neighbors in the universe, though they did cause her a tiny bit of trouble. She invited a friend over and said, "Sorry, there are quite a few people in my household, but don't worry, they're all very reasonable." Her friend trembled. "...Could it be, and I'm just guessing here, so I might be wrong and you can just ignore me, that you've been haunted?!" Theme: Persevere and strive for self-improvement.
