Three years after the War of Divine Principles, Zhongli wakes up to find that he has become a child. The age of human rule no longer needs the gods to watch over it, so Zhongli decides to "head out" and travel. Tartaglia, freshly returned from honing himself in the Abyss, doesn't trust Zhongli to "head out" alone in this state, so the two set off together on a leisurely journey through other worlds.
The children of Liyue, however, don't seem to trust them very much.
The people of Liyue: You Snezhnayan bastard, you're up to no good! Let go of Mr. Zhongli!
People in other worlds: How did such a wonderful person/god as Mr. Zhongli end up getting snatched away by this duckhead?
(This is my first time writing, so I'm not sure how good my writing is. Some of my character portrayals might be way off, but I can't really tell myself, so please feel free to offer suggestions. If you think a character is out of character, please tell me! Otherwise, I really won't notice.
This is an adaptation of an idea by Mian Wei Ke Yue, with some changes. The characters belong to Genshin Impact and the other works; any OOC is on me.
Aside from the main pairing, Tartaglia/Zhongli, other pairings may appear from time to time.
