-------- Blurb for The Sixties: Our Whole Family Crosses an Island While Fleeing Famine! --------
Blurb:
The whole of Shiluo Island was abuzz with the Shen family's joyous news!
Shen Dafa's wife, old enough to be a grandmother, had unexpectedly given birth to a lovely little girl, as pretty as snow and jade: Shen Lingbao!
The neighbors were all talking:
"The Shen family hoped and prayed for ages, and at last they've got their precious little darling!"
"She's so adorable. Heaven has finally smiled on them!"
No one knew that this ordinary little fishing family's home concealed a shocking secret:
A bolt of lightning struck the Shen family, who had been desperately struggling to survive in a lawless age of corpses strewn everywhere: Shen Dafa and his wife, their three sons and their wives, one little girl, and four grandsons. In an instant, they were transported to a peaceful island in 1965!
The thirteen members of the Shen family had chewed tree bark, escaped plagues, and survived bloody fights. Seeing relief rations and fish and shrimp that were theirs for the taking, they had already come to regard the island as a paradise that had saved their lives. They clung to this peace with all their might.
And Shen Lingbao was the family's little "lucky star," cherished above all!
A sharp-tongued old woman on the island sneered, "Tsk, treating a girl like an ancestor? So your four boys are worthless weeds now?"
The entire Shen family changed expressions at once!
Third Brother clenched his fists, eyes blazing. Third Sister-in-law planted her hands on her hips and began cursing. The fourth nephew clenched his fists and glared:
"What the hell! Our little aunt is a heavenly blessing! Keep yapping and we'll tear your mouth apart!"
Outsiders laughed at the Shen family for being so obsessed with their little girl.
The Shen family sneered inwardly: What would those idiots know?
Ever since Lingbao arrived
Their luck had soared! Big Brother cast his net where she pointed, and it came up full of valuable catches!
Second Brother took her to the market, and she pointed at a clod of dirt. When they broke it open, they found a thick stack of national grain coupons and industrial coupons!
The fourth nephew played with her by the sea and casually found a rare giant sea cucumber!
How could she be an ordinary baby? She was clearly the Shen family's little money magnet, a golden key to unimaginable wealth!
Protecting Lingbao meant protecting the whole family's lifeline!
Their parents would steer the ship, their brothers and sisters-in-law would work hard, and their nephews would grow up. They would clear wasteland and farm, set sail and fish, and put down roots on the island, determined to make their lives better and better!
As for those who were jealous and schemed against them...
Heh. Did they really think these wolf cubs who'd crawled out of piles of corpses were harmless? If anyone dared lay a single hair on Lingbao, her brothers' and sisters-in-law's fists and her nephews' teeth would make them regret it to their very bones!

Theme: Strive for a happy life with optimism and determination
Hey, I feel like I have been watching it for so long, and none of the supporting characters have good family conditions or good health, they are mute and disabled, they have the best relatives in their families, they are single, and they are neutered. I didn't feel it at first, but now after reading so much, I feel as if so many people are so miserable just to set off the heroine...
I feel like a lot of things I said before were thought to be foreshadowing, but in the end I didn't mention them later. If it has nothing to do with the plot, don't write so many supporting characters. I wrote a lot about the life experience of the supporting character, but in the end, there is no important plot for that supporting character. It's not a biography, so there's no need to write a short note for each character. The main plot of the heroine does not take up one-third of the full text, and the rest are in supporting roles. The plot of the heroine is also too cute, and the time-travel setting is of no use. It would be better to just make the heroine a stronger child. The heroine feels useless, even if she sees something strange, she won't tell the adults. Just like that guy who steals things and doesn't say anything when he sees someone, doesn't say anything when he sees someone being strange, doesn't say anything, and doesn't do anything. Everything is solved by others, and it has nothing to do with the heroine. So why write this plot, just to make up the word count? Moreover, there was no explanation about what the heroine did when she saw Gu Hongqi when she was pushed off the wall. Previously, the heroine had a headache when she saw Gu Hongqi and felt like she was reminded of something. After that, she completely forgot about this setting. Gu Hongqi killed his cousin without exposing him, and let him go so easily even though he was involved in selling human flesh. And the Jiang family couple who had precognitive dreams gave this setting, but in the end it was gone without a good explanation. Luo, who spread rumors about Meng, has also not been dealt with, and Director Zhang, who has always kept Meng's shoes on, is fine. It feels like the bad guys in it, except Sister Lin's husband and the thin bamboo pole, all have no bad endings. I always feel that this is a bad ending, or that the author has laid out too much foreshadowing and forgotten it, making it unclear? And there are too many excellent ones. When there is no chapter that is quiet, one thing is not solved, and the author arranges another thing, and things are piled up one after another, and not all of them are solved in the end.
Lightning protection: One thing hasn't been resolved yet, but N things have happened again. I don't know what I'm writing about. I don't see the resolution of things, only the occurrence of them.
I think the author left a little too much suspense, such as: why did Mitang's father freeze after helping his uncle, who was the woman Xie Hongqi was waiting for, and what were they going to do, and who were the young and middle-aged men that Mitang's mother saw when she bought the camera and what were they going to do. I don't know if this is important, but I do want to know.
After reading the whole book, I feel that most of the content has nothing to do with the heroine.
Didn't Xie Hongqi receive retribution? He killed someone?
Why are there so many great ones?
This Su Xiaoqin really adds water to milk, pretending to be pure
Always digging holes and not filling them yet, digging holes again
Is there no follow-up to the matter????
