Douluo: My Father, the Sea God

Bai Ge was raising a child in the City of Slaughter when he ran into Tang San, who had come there to train. So he brought Tang San home with him. After all, growing up in a single-parent household isn't good for a child.

# Bai Ge and Bai Jin aren't biological father and son, and Bai Jin isn't the product of an affair. When Bai Ge was assigned a room in the City of Slaughter, he found a baby left behind by the previous tenant. His conscience still intact, he took the child in.

# Xiao Wu confesses to Tang San and is rejected.

# Tang San should be a child who desperately lacks love. In his previous life, he was an orphan. The Tang Sect raised him, but he was only an outer disciple, so it's likely he received little care. In this life, Tang Hao nearly worked him to death. That's why he would swear brotherhood with Xiao Wu: he must be longing for the warmth of a family. Bai Ge happens to have a child with him, creating the basic unit of a family, while the barbaric deeds of the City of Slaughter provide a constant contrast. It's easy for Tang San to fall for it. It's like Love in a Fallen City: the man and woman realize how precious true feelings are amid the flames of war, and are finally able to reconcile.

Theme: Be a decent person.
