Synopsis
[First-person POV from the gong] [Gong pursues shou] [Dark, twisted romance]
Beneath the gong's indifferent exterior, he's actually a deranged, lovesick, perverted, sadistic mad dog of a resentful husband, with a mind full of lewd fantasies about his darling~
The shou pursues the gong to the crematorium, but the gong is a crazy, lovesick mad dog
(Disclaimer: I've always hated stories where the shou has to chase the gong to the crematorium. The gong will become a pervert and go completely mad for his darling. Emotionally, too, the darling will have the gong completely wrapped around his finger! This is all about the gong obsessing over the shou!!!)
Actually, I can reluctantly accept a shou pursuing the gong to the crematorium (sorry, I only accept the ones I write myself. Every other story like that is a hard no).
But here's the catch:
The gong (that is, "I") really loves the shou, but because his darling did some things wrong (a darling who does wrong is still a good darling), the gong knows he can't be with him. Later, the darling realizes he was wrong (though in my eyes, anything the darling does is right, no matter what), and starts pursuing the gong.
The gong says, "I don't love you anymore. Stay away from me," while holding back his love for his darling inside. He knows that getting close to his darling again will hurt him, or that he'll be hurt by his darling, so he decides to give him one last chance to leave.
Every time the darling comes closer, seeks him out for a cuddle, looks at the gong with those dewy eyes, or tells him "I love you," the gong acts cold and tells the shou to stay away. In reality, he becomes even more aware of how badly he wants to grab the shou and never let go of his darling's hand. His addiction to his darling only grows stronger.
Eventually, the gong can't hold back anymore. He puts on a cold front and tells the shou they can give it a try. But what he's really thinking is that the shou seems to love him so much, so he should give him another chance. If the shou abandons him again this time, he'll really give up on him. And so the two of them give it a try.
But the shou can still tell that the gong doesn't love him that much (on the surface, anyway. The gong is pretending, wanting to punish the shou. Seeing his darling upset excites him).
The gong keeps crossing the shou's boundaries, all to make him care more about him. Deep down, he's insecure. After losing his darling for so many years, he can't believe his darling has come back to him. So he acts out, using his antics to make sure his darling still loves him.
He thinks, (Darling,) love me a little more. But as time goes on, the gong's mindset gradually changes. At first, he thought that if the shou dared to abandon him again, he'd give up on him. Now, if the shou abandons him, he'll lock him away. No matter how much the shou begs, he'll keep him somewhere only he can see.
He's cold to the shou during the day, but once the shou falls asleep at night, the gong kisses his darling all over. Whenever someone gets close to his darling, he shoots them a cold glance.
He humiliates his darling in front of that person, making him do shameful things, but won't let anyone see his darling's lewd expressions. Still, he feels uneasy. He installs surveillance cameras in the house, puts cameras and listening devices in the earrings he gives his darling, hires people to follow him, and secretly photographs him like a pervert, displaying the pictures in a hidden room at home. Once, when the shou tried to break into that room, the gong said, "If you dare go in and look, we're breaking up."
Of course, if the shou really went in, he'd be terrified by the walls covered in pictures of himself, the room full of things about him, and the videotapes. He might even want to leave the gong. How could the gong let him leave? The gong hasn't locked the room. In fact, he can't wait for the shou to open the door and get scared enough to want to leave. Then he could lock his darling up with a perfectly good excuse.
But to the gong's surprise, his darling is genuinely so afraid of the gong breaking up with him that he has never opened that door.
But later, the darling is finally disappointed and leaves the gong, heartbroken, because he realizes the gong really doesn't care about him anymore. The gong who once loved him so deeply is long gone. The gong now is only using him and taking revenge on him. They can never love each other again.
Then the gong comes looking for him, eyes bloodshot, and asks coldly, "Didn't you promise you wouldn't leave me?" No matter how the darling explains, the gong ties him up, takes him back to his house, and tells him he can't run away again.
The gong reverently kisses his darling's hand and says, "Good. Now you'll never leave me."
☆ Additional note 1:
The gong acts cold toward his beautiful darling, but inside he's insanely jealous and in love, and would love to carry his darling around in his pocket.
He uses cutting words against his darling, but the moment he sees his darling frown and shed tears, his face darkens and his heart aches terribly. Even in the middle of the night, he regrets it: Why did I do that?
When he sees someone getting close to his darling, he gets furious. The next time he sees his darling, he still nitpicks with sharp words, but watches his expression, terrified that one unhappy look will make his darling give up on him for real.
On the surface, the gong has his darling wrapped around his finger. In reality, his darling has the gong completely wrapped around his.
☆ Additional note 2:
The gong is a perverted, sadistic gong with a deeply abnormal mental state.
Outwardly, he's indifferent, reliable, and taciturn. In reality, when he sees his darling, his thoughts become extremely active.
He always thinks his darling is seducing him. He can't resist wanting to bully him, lock him up, and kiss him madly. He's a mad dog, with a mind full of lewd fantasies about his darling.
At first, the darling doesn't know how crazy he is and keeps going over to him every day. Only after being bitten, gnawed, licked, surveilled, and controlled by the gong day after day does he gradually realize the gong is an utterly, utterly crazy mad dog. But by then, the darling can't escape. The slightest hint that he wants to leave makes the gong terrifying.
