Zhongli, a thousand-year-old man who's recently fallen behind the times and developed a generation gap with the youngsters in his family, finally catches up with the trend and takes a journey to another world, just like the kids.
During this trip, the "social dropout" Zhongli unexpectedly arrives at a wilderness ruin far from human society, where he also discovers a "wild man"! Oh, no, that's a little rude. Let me start over. He unexpectedly discovers a traveler who's spent years wandering the world! This little fellow is only 32, yet somehow his life is worse than that of a thousand-year-old like Zhongli. He even irresponsibly left his young child behind! Shocked, Zhongli resolves to follow him and help him correct these bad habits.
(A strange idea I had while I couldn't sleep one night.)
Since several of my ideas came to me around the same time, some of the settings carry over between them. For instance, I've decided that the Kurta Clan was never wiped out. I'm really sorry. I didn't think this through at all at first, so consider this a heads-up.
Also, other people from Teyvat may drop by from time to time, including the protagonists of my other story ideas, or people from Hunter x Hunter may visit Teyvat for a bit.
