Taming Demons (GL)

Life is like a tea table, full of all kinds of "tragedies." When enough "tragedies" gather together, they become comedy. People and demons alike bustle about, busy with life, constantly playing out their own comedies and tragedies. Li Luo was born with yin-yang eyes and can fight demons and beat ghosts. She spends her days dealing with monsters. She isn't exactly thriving; instead, she gets mixed up in the stories of humans and demons, rushing around all day long... Ou Yilun is like modern-day Tang Monk's flesh, a magnet for monsters. Monsters took an interest in him when he was little, and they kept him penned up and feeding on his vital essence for more than twenty years, without his knowledge. Then he met Li Luo and saw the demons and monsters living in this world. From then on, his life became like a world of fire and ice, with one comedy and tragedy after another... Wang Xiaowei is Li Luo's roommate and college classmate, a spider demon who hunts for food in the human world but is so picky that she is always hungry. There's only one way to sum up Wang Xiaowei: A formidable spider's life needs no explanation! Long Wu is the very model of a tragic figure. Her story is short, but her misfortune far surpasses that of Ou Yilun, nicknamed the "Misfortune Magnet." She has been crowned the undisputed Emperor of Misfortune. Cheng Cheng and Yan Yan are spirit demons. One is an ageless immortal who has lived for thousands of years; the other is a black cat demon who loves pranks, likes to raise humans as food, and causes trouble wherever she goes. One is a cat demon who is always running away from home and getting into trouble; the other is an otherworldly being who is constantly searching for her and cleaning up after her. What kind of story will unfold between them? Humans, demons, ghosts, and monsters, different kinds of beings living in the same world, making life difficult for one another yet helping one another. Behind it all, there are really only two words: life! Living to survive, living because we're alive, and constantly putting on one comic tragedy after another for life's sake... Whether humans control demons or demons control humans, whether one subdues the other or one bullies the other, in the end we are all controlled by life while finding joy and understanding in it. This is a comedy, meant as a little treat to enjoy after a meal or over tea. Read it, laugh, and then let it go, hehe... (The blurb is rather long, so just think of it as Jue Ge rambling. Drifting away...) This story will become a paid novel starting with Chapter 25. Reposting is prohibited.
