One day, a new dessert shop opened on the street outside the school. The owner was both the pastry chef and the shop assistant.
Perhaps because it was in a remote location, the cakes were delicious, but there were always only a few people in the shop. They became regulars, and every time they came by, they would tell the owner, "Next time, we'll definitely bring more people!"
The owner would always answer with a soft laugh.
He was a gentle-looking person when he smiled, with light-colored hair and skin, and a spotless white chef's uniform. The sweetness that clung to him from his long hours around desserts made him seem like a glass of sweet water with a spoonful of honey stirred in.
Not too cloying, nor too bland, it was honey water that no one would turn down, whether old or young, whether they liked sweets or not.
Every time Gojo Satoru came here, the owner would bring him a glass of honey water, just as sweet and gentle as the impression he gave.
The owner had a strange hobby. He would hand his diary to customers who came into the shop and ask them to write down a story about something that had happened to them recently. Whether it was a happy, joyful story or a sad, painful one, he would carefully keep it safe.
Gojo Satoru had been asked to write in it, too, but he really had nothing to say, so he wrote just one line.
[The strawberry cake isn't sweet enough.]
So the next time he came by, the owner gave him a very sweet strawberry cream cake.
*An idea came to me out of nowhere. I don't know if I can capture the feeling I'm going for.
*The pairing is set: Gojo Satoru.
*I just want to write a little cozy everyday life.
Theme: The cake is sweet, and life should be sweet too
