Jiang Jiang received an invitation to a romantic island getaway.
But thirty minutes before setting off, she had a prophetic dream.

Jiang Jiang, the utterly ordinary fourth contestant, pinched her philtrum and decided to make a run for it.

The penalty for breaking her contract was so steep that Jiang Jiang wanted to fall back asleep and check whether her prophetic dream had revealed the winning lottery numbers.
Still weeping inwardly, Jiang Jiang arrived on the island to film the show. Before long, her attention was drawn elsewhere:
An island, sunshine, white sandy beaches, a luxurious seaside villa, an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet, and top-notch entertainment facilities. They even had a dog center, a VR arcade, and an ice rink!
Most importantly of all, every venue and facility was free to use around the clock during filming!
Jiang Jiang clutched her chest... Oh no, she was kind of tempted.
And so the dating show gained its most cooperative and considerate female contestant ever.
During a task where the female contestants had to plant rice seedlings while staring silently at one another, Jiang Jiang stumbled along but kept moving forward.
During the task of rounding up the runaway dogs, the male contestants gave up and half-heartedly dragged their feet. Jiang Jiang eagerly raised her hand. "Can the women do the task?"
During the partner-selection round, the spoiled heiress and the playboy were at each other's throats. Jiang Jiang glanced at her own partner, who was also being eyed by the everyone's-darling contestant, and promptly teamed up with the male contestant who'd been left out.
At the chaotic outdoor cooking site, everyone returned to the villa hungry and stared at one another in dismay. Jiang Jiang brought back fruit and instant noodles from the dog center, with the whole dog squad in tow...
Production crew: Keeping the contestants on good terms, moving the show along... Sob, Jiang Jiang is a treasure...
Female contestants: Jiang Jiang? She's a pretty good, down-to-earth person.

After taking the tasks seriously, Jiang Jiang happily went beachcombing, played in the sand, toured the island in a sightseeing bus, enjoyed a seafood feast, rode the giant pendulum, fought VR monsters, and flailed around on the ice. She even became the island's tourism ambassador. Jiang Jiang: "...?"
