[DC Otome] Same Class, Different Species

A Jason x reader one-shot, written half a month ago. Reposting it here.

When someone keeps appearing in your life only to leave again and again, it's hard not to wonder if it's a case of being destined to meet but not to be together.

That's what Jason is like for me.

His presence doesn't really affect my material life much, and my life hasn't changed course because he keeps coming and going.

But maybe that's the best part. Neither of us needs to change or agonize over things for the other, and we don't have to be completely honest about every secret. Being with him is comfortable. That's all.

Loving someone is actually very simple. It's never too late to start. You just have to love yourself first, add a little courage, and let things happen naturally.

And so every reunion becomes a first meeting, and every first meeting is love at first sight.

Theme: A happy ending saves the world.
