Your attending physician has given you a final critical condition notice. Some unknown substance in your body is interfering with your organs, and you have less than 24 hours left to say goodbye to the world.
You return to your home, planning to pass away quietly on your own. Just as you lie in bed, ready to leave this world in your sleep, a sudden, urgent knock at the door jolts you awake.
You have no family or friends, and you don't associate with anyone. Who could be knocking on your door at a time like this?

Curiosity drives you to open the door, but no one is there. You look down and see a box on the ground. Since it was there, you figure you might as well open it. Inside is an old projector and a movie disc with an indistinct cover.
You wonder if such worn-out things could even work, so you try them out.

The movie is incredibly dull. You gradually fall asleep, ready to say your final goodbye, but when you open your eyes again, you discover that you're still alive and have become the protagonist of the last movie you watched.
