After the Plot Ended, They All Started Acting Strange (Transmigrate into a Book)

At first, Lu Musen had a dream and learned that he was nothing more than a disposable character in a novel.

He was spoiled, mean, arrogant, and obsessive. Nobody liked him, not even his parents and friends, who would all distance themselves from him. In the end, he would lose everything and die in disgrace.

So Lu Musen resolved to change his fate.

His grades were bad, so he studied for more than ten hours a day, working himself to the bone to take first place in his year.

He wasn't good at practical combat, so he stayed in the training room, pushing himself to the limit to earn his mentor's approval.

His parents didn't love him, so he tried to be the perfect, thoughtful child, doing everything he could to earn a single word of praise.

The person he loved rejected him, so he followed that person around, always thinking of their well-being, just for the chance that they might turn around and look at him.

Everything about him had clearly changed, and yet in the end, just like in the original story, he lost his eyes and all his spiritual power. The proudest person of all became completely useless.

When he tumbled down the stairs yet again, Lu Musen suddenly didn't want to struggle anymore.

Let it be.

If none of them loved him, he wouldn't force it. He would love himself, and only himself.

**

At first, none of them liked Lu Musen.

Those eyes held too much: bold ambition, burning desire, the shadows of countless people, and endless greed, churning wildly like a whirlpool. It seemed that anyone who fell into them would be doomed forever.

But when those beautiful eyes shed their ambition and desire, leaving only emptiness and bewilderment, weakness and calm, they finally noticed him.

His kindness and his flaws, his caution and sensitivity, his longings and hopes.

From then on, they fell into the whirlpool, doomed forever.

But it was too late.
