Pearl Garment

As a Celestial Maiden, she was sent down to the mortal realm against her will, all because she could not let go of an old grudge. She was forced to watch over the affairs of the royal family.

She became entangled in them because her past connection had not yet run its course. Days of sorrow and heartache could not begin to convey the complexity of life within the palace walls.

After the orphan Ziwei and her maid Jinsuo set out for the capital to find their relatives and ran into danger, only to be rescued by the Celestial Maiden, what will happen next?

With the word "Princess" weighing on her shoulders, will Ziwei's future still be the same as before?

Once the Celestial Maiden's identity is exposed, what identity will she have to live under in this vast Qing Empire?

Before reading this story, please note:

1. This story departs from the historical timeline. Many details will alter the birth dates of historical figures, moving them either earlier or later.

2. The main storyline is still based on My Fair Princess, but many details may depart from the original, such as the relationships between Ziwei, Xiaoyanzi, and the Empress. There may also be some side plots, but they will never get too far out of hand.

3. This is a long serial, and I will never abandon it. I usually update daily, except during my occasional bouts of madness.

I'm back to updating. After revising the story today, I'll see if I can post the final ending~ Love you all~ Thanks for waiting so long!
