What a Headache, the Customer Service World

As a new-generation office worker in the 21st century, I can work myself to the bone or be a coward. I can act sweet until everyone in the world feels like my older sibling, or slack off until the whole world feels like a burden. After graduating, I got my first job: customer service, specifically Taobao customer service, and the most unbearable kind at that, after-sales support. Every day, I wade through all kinds of bizarre people. I just can't understand how people can be this difficult. If you don't break out in silence, you become a lunatic in silence. And me? Naturally, I didn't dare break out, so I went crazy. This story is based on my own experiences. Every time I handle an after-sales case, I feel like it's even more exciting than the stuff in novels. I just couldn't hold back any longer, so I decided to write it down. I hope you'll enjoy reading about my daily battle of wits with customers. Content warning: This is based on real experiences, so daily updates are unlikely. I'll update when I have material. Just treat it as a bit of light entertainment. Each update is a complete, fresh little story, so you don't need to worry about it being left unfinished. Theme: Stay positive and face workplace challenges with optimism
