In the original story, the Demon Lord can shatter mountains and rivers with a wave of his hand. Wherever he goes, dark clouds gather and enormous waves rise to the heavens.

The Demon Lord Ji Wangshu sees cheats on his homework with help from his subordinates, relies on his parents to save face in a fight, and would rather slack off than lift a finger.

And whenever he transforms into his beast form and goes on a killing spree, Ji Wangshu just sees a soft, fluffy little wolf, so cute she wants to cuddle him.

Ji Wangshu: I really want to give him a good pet.

She does what she wants and reaches out.

The snow wolf pauses, its bloodstained fur still gleaming in the moonlight.
