Everyone was having a good time. Several bottles of wine were nearly empty when Yun Shिमian walked into the kitchen.
She glanced out the window without thinking and realized the first snow had quietly arrived.
Her thoughts stirred, then she heard footsteps.
She turned and collided with a deep gaze.
It was Wen Yingsi.
He stood tall and straight, a hint of drunkenness coloring his cool, striking eyes.
He held her hand tightly.
His voice was as soft as that first snowfall years ago.
"But I'm still not over it."
