This is a ridiculously melodramatic transmigration story.

Xiao Xiao, a perfectly respectable young woman and well-known homebody, transmigrates in a spectacular accident to the Hunter world, where the death rate is high. The Transmigration God abandons her at the famous child-abuse establishment known as the Zoldyck estate, where she is successfully trained into a notoriously cold-blooded assassin...

Poor Xiao Xiao runs into her greedy older brother, who’ll do anything to make a buck,

bumps into Hisoka, the fruit farmer who twists and turns as he goes around looking for people to fight,

and, worst of all, gets ruthlessly exploited by the notorious head of the Phantom Troupe, the Spider himself, Chrollo...

And so Xiao Xiao, a decent person in her previous life and a cold-blooded assassin in this one, finally snaps!!!

This is the blood-and-tears tale of Xiao Xiao’s struggle in the Hunter world: overthrowing landlords and tyrants, rising from the ashes, and singing a song of liberation...
