Can I Take Care of You? [Showbiz]

[I feel like I've messed up the characters, and writing this has become a struggle, so I'm putting it on hold for a while. I'm very sorry. If you haven't read it yet, please don't click.] Shen Musheng is a singer who's been past his prime for years. Just how washed-up is he? Once, he was on the same flight as popular actor Xu Yichao for an event, and Xu's fans crowded around him so badly that he could barely get out. The fans who'd come to pick him up laughed and complained, "You're too obscure. You always get pushed around." Across the crowd, Shen Musheng looked toward Xu Yichao. The other man wore sunglasses, his pale, cool profile half-hidden, surrounded by countless adoring fans. Shen Musheng looked away. A gentle curve at the corner of his eye, he said in a lazy voice, "Don't be scared. I'll get you through the crowd." It was a trivial little incident, but not long afterward, Xu Yichao appeared in his meeting room one morning. The unrealistically handsome star sat up straight, the tips of his ears flushed red. "C-can I support you?" Shen Musheng: ...I might still be drunk. Quiet, taciturn, popular actor bottom # refined, scheming, down-on-his-luck singer top Xu Yichao (zhao) # Shen Musheng Tips: 1. Original work, no real-life inspirations. Please don't associate it with anyone. 2. The protagonists are not perfect people. 3. Poor author doesn't have a cat. I wrote this myself, so let's talk things out nicely. Please don't scold me, okay? Completed work: "Those Days I Was Forced to Be a Top Student," a sweet campus story. Handsome is all that matters, fake straight guy # composed, aloof, true academic slacker. Versatile roles.
