The Moon Will Tell You

In the summer, with cicadas singing, a boy met Jiang Yue, a timid and kind girl. When they met again, the feelings they had hidden since they were young were still there. Tonight, there were no stars. The night was as dark as ink, and only the moon shone with a gentle light. The boy held her close, and at last, the words he had kept in his heart for years slipped out. The girl in his arms raised her hand and pointed at the moon, whispering, "The moon told you my answer long ago."
