[Detective Conan] Meeting You Again Yesterday

To my relatives and friends whose names I can't even remember: I think I've transmigrated into a world of deduction.

The day after my girlfriend bailed me out of the police station following my memory loss, Akihi Sunohara finally remembered something. For instance, she'd read a manga that matched this world perfectly.

And the woman who claimed to be her girlfriend, the one who'd gotten her out of the police station, was named Chris Vineyard.

Once again, to my relatives and friends whose names I can't remember: I've transmigrated into a world of deduction, and my girlfriend is Vermouth.

The series of shocks left Akihi Sunohara feeling completely detached from reality, especially when she discovered that the Kudo residence was right across the street from her. Vermouth, what are you doing? Vermouth, you absolutely bought a house here on purpose, didn't you?

The peaceful days didn't last long. Shinichi Kudo became Conan, the Grim Reaper Elementary Schooler arrived, a new detective joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, and a new chef started working at Café Poirot.

In this world of deduction, Akihi Sunohara had foolishly become a physics teacher. Then she suddenly discovered that her favorite character was still alive, even though he was supposed to have died four years ago. Even if he hadn't died, he shouldn't have been here, with this identity and this name.

The black-haired, blue-eyed man in a police uniform, with the corners of his eyes slanting upward, shielded her from the horrific murder scene before them.

The new detective at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department said his name was Kagehiko Sunohara.

Akihi Sunohara and Chris were very close, but their relationship was also rather superficial.

They could lean against each other for warmth and rest, but they both knew they had things more important to them.

Fifteen-year-old Akihi Sunohara declared with absolute certainty:

I'll get the perfect happy ending! It won't be a happy ending if even one person is missing!

Reading Guide:

1. The pairing is Vermouth, but their relationship is complicated at first, and they may not end up together. (Vermouth will have other drinking partners early on, and she'll mix drinks with other people, too. This is how I imagine her, so don't read if you dislike it.) No romance outside of Vermouth.

2. Akihi and Kagehiko are not a couple. Their relationship is familial, familial! The whole Police Academy group will be saved (Akihi said no one would be left out, so no one will be left out). Other characters may or may not be saved.

3. There will be lots of flashbacks, since Akihi has amnesia and the story will show many scenes she remembers.

4. There is romance, but it isn't a major focus. Readers who only want romance may be disappointed.
