Lin Xuran, the A-zone commander, is a rare S-rank psychic in the Interstellar Federation, and he looks every bit as S-rank as he is. He's 192 centimeters tall, with a chaste-looking face, long legs, a broad chest, and just the right amount of biceps. He's cold by nature and speaks in as few words as possible.

Luan Qi used to be his sworn rival. As the F-zone commander, she outranks him by one rank, and she's the Federation's only A-rank psychic capable of fighting him on equal footing across rank levels.

After an accident, his high-level psychic power went into a dangerous rampage, and he needed someone else's psychic power to calm him.

That someone happened to be Luan Qi.

After their first psychic calming session, Luan Qi looked down at the man across from her with a teasing smile.

He seemed to find the position humiliating and coldly ordered her to leave the matter to him. He didn't need her help.

But the second time, she opened the door and found him standing there, his face flushed.

Luan Qi smiled faintly. "Commander, I'm very particular. I have high standards, and I don't like S-ranks. Especially people who are S-rank in both looks and psychic power."

Lin Xuran: "...What do you want?"

Luan Qi: "What do you think?"

So, just like the first time, he sat at her feet like a dog, forcibly lowering his head and resting it on her lap.

Luan Qi stroked the back of his neck and ran her hand through his hair, then lifted his chin. "Commander, well done. That's how you ask someone for help."
