Step-sibling romance, blended family, no blood relation.
A wild, carefree heroine like a weed × a shameless dog of a male lead
Jian Yao is lazy, loves to eat, picks fights, walks dogs, and causes trouble. Like a weed, she’s both annoying and impossible to keep still, yet somehow nobody can do anything about her.
Jian Yuan is hardworking, disciplined, strict, cold, and utterly unsympathetic. Every parent within several miles praises him, and every child is afraid of him.
Jian Yuan thinks Jian Yao is the Monkey King, Sun Wukong. Jian Yao thinks Jian Yuan is the Five-Finger Mountain pressing down on her head.
They’re always competing and bickering, and always... relying on each other.
The typhoons will come again, but she won’t be alone anymore.
Set in a small city in southern China, with an ordinary family and ordinary protagonists. The story takes place quite a while ago, around 2010, so it has a strong period feel. There will be some angst.
The characters are alive, not perfect. They each have their own strengths and flaws, and their actions follow their own logic. They have nothing to do with the author’s values of prosperity, democracy, civility, harmony, patriotism, dedication, integrity, and friendship.
Theme: Live freely and wildly, like a weed
Leave a comment. I haven't been reading in Jinjiang for a long time, but There aren't many that I like. I found this author's book by accident when I first started searching. The title of the book is amazing. I clicked in with the mentality of giving it a try, and found that the rhythm was to my liking. This is a short story and there are not many characters, but the author has a good grasp of the characters and the rhythm of the narrative, and he really portrays a vivid and weed-like heroine. The whole text is full of tension, and I especially like the author's description of Jian Yuan and the heroine. It is true that when I encounter a novel that I am satisfied with, I definitely hope that it will be longer, but I have to say that short stories are the most suitable rhythm for this novel, and if it is longer, it will seem a bit sloppy. Overall, I hope the author will continue his work (To be honest, I was prepared to spend money before, but I didn't expect it to be a real short story) If there are any typos in the above, please forgive me. This is my first time posting a long review.
Finished???! I haven't chased you for a long time, and it's over. It's so sudden.
I cried to death, desperate for 1v2
... I don't know how to put it into words, how about 1v2...

Why the heroine doesn't like his mother will be discussed later?
