A heads-up from someone who knows what's coming:
My writing isn't good, and I can't write romance. This is pure garbage.
If you don't like it, please don't bash it.
Lu Jie has never believed in love at first sight that lasts forever.
She has always thought that's just a trope from novels.
Her meeting him was a misunderstanding from the start, so her secret crush was never going to have a happy ending.
1. "I like you. You made me a better person, and I don't regret having a secret crush on you."
2. "If you don't like me being a punk, then since you like me, I'll stop."
3. "A secret crush is painful. I look at you while you think about someone else, someone who isn't me. Maybe the biggest regret of all is that, in the end, I won't even dare tell you I like you."
Excerpt:
Lu Jie watched Chen Tian. He was a head taller than her. Lu Jie wasn't short, either. Every time he made a perfect shot, she silently cheered him on in her heart. As you can imagine, lots of people came to watch his basketball games. Lu Jie was just one of them. Plenty of people were openly or secretly in love with Chen Tian, and Lu Jie knew she was just one of them...
(The second and third male leads may have some connection. I might write an extra chapter about them, but it probably won't be too obvious in this story?)
