*The wife-chasing crematorium | wall-to-wall love | delicate flower vs. sick, obsessive possessive man
The year Jiang Zongdie first met Shang Sizong, she was nineteen.
Fresh out of a small town in Jiangnan, she was so poor she couldn't pay her tuition, but possessed breathtaking beauty.
At the time, Shang Sizong was the eldest son of the Shang family, a man feared and avoided by everyone in Chancheng's upper circles.
A clichéd, melodramatic tale: a beautiful, poor girl clings to a heaven-born man, one far above her station.
Shang Sizong was impossibly hard to please: fickle, moody, cold and hard-hearted, and deeply suspicious.
But there's no denying that a man like him, dangerous and intimidating though he was, had an undeniable charm.
Jiang Zongdie had suffered, had knowingly sunk into him, and finally awakened from a grand dream to find nothing left.
The day news broke that the Shang family's eldest son was engaged to the Lin family's heiress, Jiang Zongdie wrote her acceptance on the invitation letter from the prestigious university she'd long hesitated to attend.
On the day of the engagement, her plane took off from Chancheng.
At the airport entrance, Jiang Zongdie waited until the final boarding call. Then Shang Sizong's secretary arrived.
"Sir is giving you two choices. 1. Stay, and everything goes on as before. 2. Take this card and never come back."
"Thank you. I'll take neither. Goodbye."
The last trace of reluctance in her heart finally vanished.
Shang Sizong was cold and hard-hearted by nature, and had always scoffed at talk of true love.
To him, Jiang Zongdie had initially been nothing more than a creeping vine, someone who needed to depend on and submit to him, satisfying his desire for control: obedient, proper, discreet, and eager to please.
That afternoon, the day of his arranged marriage, his secretary told him that the usually meek and docile vine had chosen to leave without taking anything.
The handsome, cold-eyed man was signing a contract. Without looking up, he replied indifferently, "Got it."
He only gave her one chance. She failed to seize it. There would be no going back.
But later, he was the one who flew for more than ten hours through the night to another country, waited downstairs all night in the snowstorm, all just to see her once.
P.S. 1. The man pursues his wife after losing her. He is extremely controlling and has issues.
2. There is an eight-year age gap between the leads.

Theme: Love and redemption
The author is great, you don't work hard on writing, and you are even more slow, with less than two chapters. If you really want to love you, you can't do anything.
