This is a world that learns about the past through records in ancient books.
Yunluan, a pure land of cultivation, a world within a mirror.
Here are imposing cultivators, young and reckless students, and a group of spirited boys and girls.
The cultivators of Yunluan never discriminate against mortals. For some reason, the cultivators here, generation after generation, seem to show mortals great respect.
Fengzhou, where the Wind God is worshiped; Luanzhou, with roads leading in every direction; Yiqiu, where demonic cultivators are common; the nineteen prefectures of Nanjiang, shrouded in poisonous miasma; and, at the heart of the Yunluan Continent, Qianggu Academy in Jizhou.
Ye Wan is a disciple at Qianggu Academy. She has a cousin who uses a magical artifact to store snacks, a sidekick with a slow rate of intellectual development, a teammate as proud as a peacock, and a man who, when they first met, wore a red wedding dress for the sake of a mission. He has been secretly in love with her for years, and she doesn't know what to call him: more than a friend, but not quite a lover. He is a refined and elegant man who cultivates both medicine and poison.
A little sweet cultivation story, with an ensemble cast. A coming-of-age tale of young men and women, with both heartache and sweetness. This isn't a power fantasy; it's a romance-focused story, and every character has a destiny of their own.
The author has finally finished the college entrance exams and can get back to writing this bumpy, hole-filled story. The first few chapters were written a long time ago, so the plot isn't great. From chapter 20 through the end of the Tacheng arc, the writing is basically at my current level.
Theme: Love life, love living, and love everything worth loving.
