The future king of soldiers stared in horror at his stepmother's feather duster, then shrieked and bolted.
Later, Jiang Xue discovered that her stepdaughter, Han Erni, would become the wicked supporting female character who fought the heroine for a man, a famous social butterfly in the entertainment industry and a vain, universally adored actress whose career would come crashing down.
Her newborn third child would be a high-IQ genius who loved chemistry, a devoted second male lead who would do anything, right or wrong, to win the heroine's affection, only to remain her backup choice.
All three children, whether the ruthless main villain, the universally adored wicked supporting female character, or the devoted backup second male lead, were cannon fodder in the novel, foils for the male and female leads to face-slap, and not one of them had a happy ending.
Sweet-faced, bitter-hearted * wicked stepmother * Jiang Xue was so furious she wanted to throw up blood:
Three unfilial children who are a menace to society!!!
Trembling all over, she called her husband, who was far away: "Hey, could you mail your belt back?"
A feather duster and a belt, to give those unfilial children a heavy dose of "love"!
Little scene:
An outrageous rumor circulated around the military camp. They said their cold-faced King of Hell, the special forces soldier, had an odd childhood hobby: whenever he had nothing to do, he liked picking up cow dung and doing chores.
Nobody believed it,
Until they went down the mountain for training and saw the cold-faced King of Hell cut pigweed and pick up cow dung dozens of times faster than the local villagers!
Jiang Xue: Even the future king of soldiers has to obediently pick up cow dung when he's with me.
