But in private, the once-imposing female emperor actually begs her younger brother, Prince Anding, to "rule in her stead" while she travels.
Usually, the female emperor's trips last only two or three days. This time, though, she was gone for an entire year. What happened along the way? No one knows. All they know is that a year after the female emperor returned, an immortal lord arrived in Dongheng searching for his wife. According to him, his missing wife had the surname Xie. Her most distinctive feature was that she had a courtesy name: Huaiyi.
