The Realm

The last elder who had remained at the Lin family's old home deep in the mountains passed away. Lin You, the last direct descendant raised in the Lin family, returned to arrange the funeral. By chance, she saw a young man in a wheelchair in the back courtyard.

*

"You look so familiar," she said.

The young man looked at her in confusion.

"You look a lot like the clay statue I broke the leg off of when I was little, though my elders said that was our ancestor."

Lin You scoffed at the idea. What kind of family has an ancestor made of clay?

*

The man lowered his eyes to his legs, a trace of thought in his gaze.

As it happened, he seemed to be that very "ancestor" whose leg had been broken off.

Coming Soon: Operation: Save the Frail CEO

Cheng Yu woke up in the CEO's bed.

She understood.

Before she could put on a pitiful expression, the domineering, scheming, handsome, aloof CEO who thought he was the greatest tossed a black coat over her.

"Get up. Protect me."

Cheng Yu: Excuse me?

He meant protect him in the literal sense, not as a joke.

When danger struck, Cheng Yu was forced to embark on a plan to save the CEO, while the domineering, scheming, handsome, aloof CEO recklessly refused to take responsibility.

What a joke.

Other people save the CEO to stop him from turning evil.

She has to save hers to stop him from dying a violent death.

So... why are these men all so fragile?
