Synopsis

Armed Detective Agency Oda from the IF timeline x Chuuya from the most □□ department in the IF timeline

[OOC Mini-Skit]

IF Dazai: Everything's ready. To protect this world where Oda can write in peace, I'm going to kick the bucket!

Before that, I need to go to Lupin and say goodbye to Oda.

Oda: I'm not breaking up with Chuuya!

Boss Dazai: …?

Boss Dazai: …Huh??

Boss Dazai: What the hell...?????

Nakahara Chuuya, from the Port Mafia's most □□ department, has been in a relationship for two years with a lover he's been through everything with. His lover is Oda Sakunosuke, an investigator with the Armed Detective Agency next door and a doting dad (crossed out).

Boss Dazai, after seeing the report: (surprised space cat.jpg) (shocked cat.jpg) (angrily flips table.jpg)

Should you still carry out the plan, Dazai Osamu?

Boss Dazai: Carry out my [beep]! I refuse to accept this! I won't accept it, aaahhh!!

Hooray! A happy ending world where Boss Dazai doesn't die has been born. Confetti~

[Note]: There is no romantic storyline between Dazai and Chuuya. Dazai simply thinks Oda and Chuuya are a toxic pairing and refuses to accept them.

The Oda and Chuuya romance is very sweet, with no angst. This is a non-typical IF timeline, and everyone ends up happy.

[The author is a salty fish who can play mahjong solo, so updates are monthly!]

Theme: Torment Boss Dazai and break the IF timeline's bad-ending curse

Some Chuuya Nakahara Stories I've Read

No middle-left stuff; this is mostly for my own use. I'm too lazy to write detailed reviews. I like these, anyway. Oh, and none of them really hit the mark.

Bungo Stray Dogs: Stories About Oda Sakunosuke

Heads-up from a Zhifeng fan: because of my circumstances and finances, I can’t buy books once they go behind a paywall, so my reviews only cover the free chapters. ~>_<~

Chuya’s Archive

Over the years, I've read stories about Chuuya with every kind of pairing, as well as no-pairing stories.

Bungo Stray Dogs: Chuuya Nakahara

There are stories with couples and without, with all kinds of pairings. I don't really ship Taizhong, though, so there may not be many stories about them.
