The female lead is a classmate of Jotaro's. Her Stand is a cat (an actual cat, not a humanoid cat like Killer Queen). After someone gets petted by the cat, they receive a temporary power-up buff, but the female lead learns one of their secrets. Just like Josuke can't use his Stand to fix himself, the female lead can't power herself up either. The cat's stats aren't very impressive, so the female lead usually relies on her own physical abilities in a fight. Oh, and the pairing is Jotaro.
Announcement: The Morioh side story is finished. I'm currently feeling inspired to write about Part 4 Jotaro, Part 6 Jotaro, Risotto, the Joestar family estate, and that earlier Weather Report story.
