[The Shrine] receives a major assignment from the organization.

To see who measures up best against their old rival, [Twilight], they decide to use their scores on this mission to settle the score.

The Shrine assumes the name Lance Gabriel and has everything under control. But the child he's taken an interest in is adopted first by Twilight, who has assumed the name Loid Forger. He has no choice but to temporarily change his plan to "find a partner."

Amid the sound of an explosion, he and Twilight make a pact: Whoever reaches the hotel first gets to be Miss Yor's husband.

But then...

The Shrine is the first to push open the door, but before he can say a word,

Twilight steps inside first. "Sorry I'm late. I'm Yor's lover."

The Shrine keeps a straight face. "I'm Miss Yor's suitor. May I join you at this party?"

He won't lose.

Even if he has to take a special drug and turn into a six-year-old to help Anya, that's no problem.
