[Western Crossover] Don't Mess with the Overworked Office Drone

(Revised. The first seven chapters have all been replaced, so anyone who's read them can read them again. Regular updates have begun. 2025.11.28)

You're an office worker, and after working overtime until eleven at night, you drag your exhausted body out of the office.

Your phone screen still shows a reminder about your car loan payment.

"Bang!"

A deafening crash. You watch helplessly as a superhero lifts your car, bought with a 50,000 down payment, 5,000 monthly payments, and a 36-month loan, and hurls it at a criminal.

He misses.

And hits your home instead, bought with a 100,000 down payment, 12,000 monthly payments, and a five-year mortgage...

No one is willing to claim responsibility.

Either you explode in silence, or you turn into a lunatic in silence.

You decide to rob the superheroes' homes to make up for it all (crawling around in the dark, twisting and screaming).

Today you steal Big Red's supplies, tomorrow you steal the Green Giant's belt, and the day after that, you steal Iron Sweetheart's thigh-highs and garters...

After a busy day fighting crime, the superheroes return home. "Huh? Why's my house been robbed?"

And in the midst of your happy, hectic days of sneaking around and stealing, you suddenly discover that your childhood best friend, who promised to come find you once he'd made it big but was later reported dead, has come back to life at his boss's house...

Jason: "...I can explain!"

No romance. Nobody's identity is revealed in the main story. This is a fun story with no set timeline (the timeline in the blurb is only for reference). Don't think too hard, just enjoy the ride.

Theme: Achieve financial freedom with your own two hands
