Horror Invasion

In 2048, darkness descended upon the world, and a selection trial for a new humanity began...

Endless eerie games unfolded, along with one struggle over human nature after another.

Only the last survivors here would be allowed to reach a utopia in the post-apocalyptic world and become the subjects of the new gods.

But none of this mattered to Feiran. He only knew that he was going mad, sinking into an intense obsession with an unknown creature...

He longed to be touched, to be possessed, to lose his mind completely.

"Please keep your eyes on me forever, my god! I will offer you everything!"

Scenarios include:

1. The Haunted Village: An ancient mountain village, backward and cut off from the world, where strange murders take place.

CP: The hidden spirit of a sacrificial rite

2. Campus Mysteries: Invisible mind control on campus, and the anguished cries of young souls.

CP: A blood-red pagoda tree, withered and dead

3. Apocalyptic Escape: A deadly battle royale, where mutated creatures want to drag you into decay with them.

CP: A fused experimental subject

P.S. The CPs are all mental projections of the gong, and they all cause mental contamination. Seeing them will lower your Sanity.

P.S. This story uses a Lovecraftian setting, with Sanity, stamina, and other stats, but only Sanity is used for checks. If your Sanity stays too low, you'll go mad. At zero, you'll mutate into a monster.

P.S. The gong isn't human, and the shou is mentally unstable. If that's not your thing, don't read. Give it a try, though, and you'll find it delicious!
