A massive energy surge caused by the great explosion in Yokohama drew it in as it traveled through the void
At the edge of the crater, unconscious Randou was swallowed up by a cloud of black mist.
Verlaine: "Little brother, you're just like me. We're not human. Humans will never accept you..."
Chuuya: Silent, wavering
Eavesdropping from inside Randou's belly, where it had been for eight years, the baby: Excited! Thrilled!
And then it kicked a hole through Randou's stomach.
The nonhuman baby grabbed Verlaine in a hug. "I'm not human either. From now on, you're my dad!"
Chuuya: Eyes bulging, backpedaling three feet, and hastily disavowing all connections. "I'm not! I didn't! I'm not like you guys!!!"
Verlaine: By comparison, I almost feel like a human.
Randou, with his guts spilled all over the place: Friend, I can still be saved, you know. (Soul leaving body)
The protagonist of this story is a ghost fetus from an infinite-flow world, sent by its powerful mother to take refuge in the Bungo Stray Dogs manga world. The baby isn't human, has a sanity-destroying appearance, and instinctively inflicts mental pollution on humans.
This is a sweet little story written to indulge myself. The main point is to see the famous French golden cypress fall in love, and enjoy the daily life of a big brother and sister-in-law raising a kid (Chuuya).
Pairings include Verlaine x Randou. Ship whatever else you like. Dazai will occasionally bother Chuuya, and the Flags members will show up to bicker and fool around.
At most, it'll be a medium-length story.
I don't know when I'll start, but once I do, I won't abandon it.
