This is a lingering aftereffect of reading Master Tanaka's Legend of the Dragon Kings. I hadn't planned to write anything, but a close friend egged me on, so I started, and then I couldn't stop.
The setting and characters continue from the original, but since this is a side story, some things have naturally changed. I've added a few people and made up some characters as well.
