Han Cang transmigrates into a world of supernatural powers, churches, evil gods, and monsters gone out of control, bringing along a little fish-raising game.
His previous self had already passed the exams for the public security, procuratorate, and courts, and was about to become an honorable law enforcer at a branch office.
Although countless evil forces are watching from outside, and the organization is riddled with undercover agents from all sides, making the situation look bleak, his superiors will deal with any crises. All he needs to do is follow the veteran enforcers around, slack off, and collect his paycheck.
Who could have guessed that on his first day at work, a veteran enforcer who had spent the whole day slacking off would suddenly show up in his dorm and say, "We welcome you, Divine Envoy! The Lord of the Endless Sea will surely descend upon the mortal world! The enforcer branch has been thoroughly infiltrated by us. Just give the word, and we can begin destroying the world!"
Han Cang: Huh?
Wait, you're an undercover agent?!
Wait, I'm an undercover agent too?!
Han Cang suddenly felt a cold sweat break out.
To keep his civil service job and maintain his slacker lifestyle, Han Cang reluctantly put on a secret identity and became a double agent. He began a dramatic life of "playing myself," "reporting myself," and "fighting myself." After repeatedly earning merit, he rose rapidly through the ranks of the enforcers and soon became their chief.
At the same time, he became the organization's most successful legendary double agent.
Having reached the very top, Han Cang prepared to lead his subordinates into going straight.
But strange things began growing in the little fish pond from his game. Every day, they twisted and whispered to him: "My Lord! My Lord! The Endless Sea will surely descend upon the mortal world!"
His subordinates were shouting too: "Boss! Boss! The great Lord of the Endless Sea has awakened with His creations! When are we going to overthrow enforcer headquarters?!"
Han Cang, Lord of the Endless Sea, the Lord's Divine Envoy, Deputy Director of Enforcer Headquarters: ...
How am I supposed to keep you all happy?
